These Easter Eggs Are In Every Pixar Movie

Pixar Animation Studios is an American computer animation studio known for its critically and commercially successful computer animated feature films. It is based in Emeryville, California, United States, and is a subsidiary of Walt Disney Studios. Hold on, that’s just the Wikipedia entry for Pixar.

For nearly 30 years, from the first meeting of Woody and Buzz, to Nemo getting lost, to the Parr family, Arlo, Merrida, Lightning McQueen, Mei the red panda, Sox, CGI ant outtakes and more, the number one computer animated dream works in the world (no, not Dreamworks, sorry) has been making us laugh, cry and squint to see the Easter Eggs in their movies. Intricately written, creatively realised and packed to bursting with jokes and in-jokes and visual gags, these are films for connoisseurs of pausing a Blu-Ray and advancing it frame by frame just so that you can see if that truck from the first Toy Story movie has somehow found its way into a prehistoric cave.

Cos that’s what us movie nerds do, isn’t it! We pause so normal people don’t have to. And in this video, ScreenRant and Screen Rant are once again being the heroes you both need and deserve, going through every single Pixar joint to date and listing all of the recurring Easter Eggs that those crazy folks have been sneaking in, probably at huge expense in money and time.

27 years! 26 movies! 19 minutes!
