The Boys Season 3: 18 Things You Missed In Episode 5

With every new episode of The Boys comes a multitude of ever so delicious Easter Eggs, and to catch them all we have to give each one a re-watch (any excuse really). So far The Boys have made references to the MCU, the DCEU, their own comics, Pepsi commercials, Rocky, Harry Potter, Star Wars and basically every political issue in the world right now, and episode 5 has now given us some more to add to the list. So, we decided to go through and take a look at all of the things you may (or may not) have missed in the latest episode.

This will include the introduction one of the most controversial comic book characters to appear in The Boys, a reference to the show that made Jensen Ackles a household name (Supernatural), a possible Easter Egg to a serial killer, further references to the MCU and Marvel, some potential foreshadowing involving Soldier Boy and Homelander, how Kimiko’s storyline compares to the comics, wardrobe choices that make us think of a certain superhero, references to classic movies, callbacks to the first season, some inside jokes and of course that particular cameo. These are eighteen or so things you (hopefully) missed in episode five of The Boys Season 3.
