The third episode of Marvel Studios’ "Hawkeye" is setting up some pretty big players in this corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe — and yes, we do mean literally big.
Titled "Echoes," the third episode of the Jeremy Renner/Hailee Steinfeld series focuses largely on Maya Lopez, played by Alaqua Cox.
Comic book fans will recognize Maya by another name: Echo. Echo’s storyline in the comics tends to involve a major player in the Marvel underworld — Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin. We don’t necessarily see Vincent D’Onofrio’s take on the character over the course of episode 3 — he’s nowhere in the credits — but the clues are highly compelling.
